Most of what we do,
you'll never hear about.

Private capital. Quiet introductions.

About

My family built a company on a
handshake in 1892. I still believe
that's how the best deals get done.

Five generations taught me one thing: the people matter more than the paper. Pinnacle Focus is not a fund. It's not a bank. It's a private firm that connects exceptional ventures with the right capital / through relationships, not transactions. From early-stage SAFE rounds to eight-figure raises, we keep the room small on purpose.

For Investors

We don't send decks.
We send invitations.

By the time something reaches you, I've already asked the question you would ask. I've already sat across from the founder. If it's in front of you, it's because I'd write my own check.

For Entrepreneurs

You don't need more meetings.
You need the right one.

I won't introduce you to fifty people. I'll introduce you to three who already understand what you're building. When both sides trust the person who brought them together, the conversation starts differently.

What We Do

We do three things. Quietly.

01

Capital Raising

SAFE rounds, structured equity, fund raises. I don't take on a raise unless I'd stake my reputation on the people behind it. That's the only filter that matters.

02

Investor Relations

The wire hits and most people disappear. I don't. Ongoing communication, transparency, and the kind of access that turns a single check into a decade of trust.

03

Deal Curation

I grew up watching my family evaluate deals over dinner. The spreadsheet is step two. Step one is always the same question: do I trust the person sitting across from me?

"I walked away from a hundred-million-dollar family business because I wanted to build something that was mine. Everything I do now comes from that decision."

James Loffredo / Founder

Fifth-generation entrepreneur. Sandler-trained.
Operating across technology, real estate, and emerging markets.

What to Expect

There is no pitch. There is a conversation.

01

A Real Conversation

Before the numbers, before the terms / who are you and why does this matter to you? I need to know that first.

02

An Honest Answer

I look at the people first and the numbers second. I've turned down easy money before. I'll do it again. You'll always know where you stand.

03

The Right Room

When I make an introduction, both sides already know why they're there. That's not luck. That's the only way I'll do it.

04

A Long Game

I don't close deals and disappear. My family didn't build five generations by walking away after the handshake. Neither will I.

If you've read this far,
we should probably talk.

I work with a small number of people at any given time. Not because it sounds good — because that's the only way I can do this at the level I demand of myself.
